Ken Wallace talks to Alex Broad about Norwich Union's determination to make better use of the internet and to provide a more efficient service for brokers through online development.
It is surprising to find out that Ken Wallace has worked for theNorwich Union group for all of his 36 year career. Starting out as an
underwriter in Edinburgh, he moved from Hull to Aberdeen, Norwich,
Liverpool and Brighton working in marketing, broker management,
underwriting, training and general management. It is as head of the broker
division, however, that he is currently making his mark.
