David Hooker, technical claims director at Norwich Union, is to step
down from his post as a result of the company's recent job cuts.
Dominic Claydon, currently head of legal claims, will take over Hooker's
role but Claydon's former position will not be continued.
Claydon will continue to have legal responsibilities but legal claims will
be spread across the entire 95-strong team. Six of the team will report
directly to Claydon.

Peach and owner grow in 2025
