Epping-based private and public hire specialist J&M Insurance Services has acquired black- cab specialists Protector Policies as part of its plans to create a £150m business.
Director Michael Davies, who has played a vital part in growing Holborn-based Protector into a £4m premium income over 42 years, will remain in his current position. All staff will remain within the organisation, which will also continue to trade as a separate entity under the Protector brand from its current premises.
