Norwich Union has replaced Hill House Hammond managing director Eric Galbraith with NU intermediary business services director Ken Applegate, after Galbraith's sudden departure in September. A spokesman said Applegate will conduct a review of the broking business, while NU director of claims operations Teresa Copping will take over Applegate's former role at NU.
