David Moore & Co Insurance Brokers of Newport has become the first Willis Commercial Network member to make two acquisitions simultaneously. It has bought Wolverhampton-based brokers Howard Wright & Co and David S Francis Insurance Brokers with the help of the Willis Commercial Network management team, who negotiated the deal, which was financed by Halifax Bank of Scotland.
