The Misys Countrywide network has produced a guide exclusively for members to help them explain the benefits of Financial Services Authority regulation to their customers. The pocket guide has been distributed to more than 850 Countrywide members for issue to their respective customers. The guide covers the FSA's statutory objectives, buying insurance, complaints and compensation schemes and how to check whether an insurance broker is authorised.
