Smart and Cook has made two new acquisitions, taking its total this year to five. It has acquired M Rogers Independent Insurance in Ludlow, and Mandroyds, in Cleethorpes. The deals have taken S&C's premium turnover to £110m, with revenues for the current financial year expected to exceed £16.3m. M Rogers managing director Mark Rogers will take over as branch director of S&C's Ludlow branch and its staff will also transfer to the office. Mandroyds MD Allan Fowler and staff have moved to the S&C
