Ipswich-based insurance broker Pound Gates and Company has made four
new appointments as part of a refocusing of attention on specific business
streams. Group director (corporate services) Neal Gordon maintains an
overall responsibility for the insurance claims department and claims
control services but will focus on IT development. Ken Buckland has been
appointed claims manager, having previously worked with a specialist
London broker and in the developing Canadian and Bermudan insurance
markets.

Applied updates on commercial push

Applied Systems has confirmed Arch Insurance is about to enter the pilot phase of onboarding and will be live on the Applied Epic broker management system in April, with Iprism and Ark to follow and more promised in 2024.
