The Broker Network has unveiled a new initiative to help its members
cope with the problems associated with succession planning.


Set to go live in the first quarter of 2002, Stakeholder is designed to
allow outgoing principals of member brokers to retire knowing that the
business will remain in safe hands.


The Broker Network will buy out the retiring principal, taking a minority

Broking profits fall at Saga
