Groupama managing director Francois-Xavier Boisseau has blamed the slow roll-out of the web-based Polaris imarket project on its supporting insurers.

His remarks follow the completion of Groupama's £20m upgrade to a common-platform IT system boasting capabilities, which Boisseau said were lacking in many of the insurers backing imarket.
