The Smart and Cook Group has bought Lanarkshire broker Lewis Wotherspoon.Lewis Wotherspoon, which specialises in the motor, construction and retail trades, will ultimately be run from the Smart and Cook (Scotland) offices. The acquired broker currently employs 17 staff and is run by managing director Alistair Wotherspoon.
