Newly appointed British Insurance Brokers' Association chief executive Eric Galbraith is undertaking a review of the organisation, in order to improve its service and offering.

Galbraith is meeting with BIBA's facility providers to discuss how the trade organisation can develop and expand its schemes portfolio. BIBA will also consult with broker members to find out what products and services are in demand.
