Brokers have voiced dismay at the Financial Services Authority's decision not to enforce a statutory period of notice for commercial insurers' renewal terms in the final rules.
Although some consider the issue relies on the quality of the broker/insurer relationship, the level of complaints from brokers led to the initial regulatory investigation.
