Keelan Westall has sold its personal lines book in order to concentrate on its core commercial property business.
Keelan Westall has sold the predominantly household business to R3: Group, an Ipswich-based broker. Keelan Westall's gross premium income is currently £30m and it aims to reach £100m by 2006. R3: Group sells personal lines, financial services and consumer products such as discounted utilities and telephony.
