Norwich Union has undergone a significant management reshuffle, with 30 directorial roles removed from the general insurance business, including RAC.
Some of the directors will leave at the end of the year while others will reapply for different roles. An NU spokeswoman described it as an "ongoing process". In a reshuffle, intermediary director John Kitson has been promoted to sales and marketing director for intermediaries, RAC and NU Direct.
