In its aim to capture 30% of the market, Aascent Finance has opened its first premium finance office in Belfast to service Northern Ireland brokers.
Managing director Kevin O'Flanagan said: "While premium finance has been available in Northern Ireland, it has never received the local attention that Aascent intends to bring to the region. Physical presence is important as the insurance business is primarily relationship business."
