Broker Alexander Forbes has expanded further into the Irish market,with the acquisition of the insurance broking business of K&H Insurance
Management Services.
The acquisition, which builds on Alexander Forbes' existing operations in
Dublin, is expected to enhance earnings immediately. The two principals of
the Dublin-based broker, Martin Kavanagh and Philip Herron, will join
Alexander Forbes as consultants.
