The Jelf Group has been hotly tipped by some analysts for 2006 after recording profits over £1m at its annual results for the year ending 30 September 2005 - almost double its £523,000 result of the previous year.

Jelf, which provides general insurance, healthcare and financial services, also saw turnover rise 36% to £11.5m as the result of a combination of strong growth - two-thirds organically and one-third by acquisition.

Referring to one analyst, which, on the back of its results, tipped Jelf
