The battle against fraud has moved up a gear with the Claims and
Underwriting Personal Injury Database. Operated by Experian, the database
gives insurers and schemes brokers access to individuals' claims
histories. Hastings Direct, a South coast-based intermediary with
delegated underwriting authority, was the first to go live with the
