In this Roundtable there was a frank discussion about issues which are core to the broking community and reflected upon the opinions and views expressed by you in Professional Broking's quarterly sentiment surveys sponsored by Groupama.

Regulation, consolidation and imarket were all keenly discussed by a panel of key industry professionals. These are all huge issues for the industry and this discussion unearthed differing opinions, concerns and hopes. There was a call for regulation to become part of the everyday workflow of brokers - an ideal that many are aspiring towards. There was also heated debate about the potential benefits of imarket, and we were informed about a host of new broker start-ups that are perhaps being overlooked in the consolidation debate.

The broking environment is evolving quickly and we look forward to charting your views on the market in our next sentiment survey. Enjoy the debate and keep sending us your feedback.
