After 27 years working for an insurance company, finally seeing the light and joining Helm Group.

Q: What was your worst mistake?

Far too many to pick just one.

My old sales manager, Brian Solman at Legal and General in Bristol. He had faith in me and gave me the opportunity to succeed.

Q: What most annoys you about the market?

Its size - we need much more competition.
