Products: BlockInsure and Giles in residential property partnership

BlockInsure has teamed with Giles Insurance Brokers to target residential management companies, managing agents and other organisations requiring specialist insurance advice for the residential property sector.

The arrangement between BlockInsure, the residential property specialists, and Giles will be run from the broker’s Birmingham and Derby branches with each office boasting a dedicated BlockInsure team.

Guy Mills, assistant branch manager, Birmingham, for Giles, commented: “We are delighted to sign this agreement with BlockInsure, whose clients will now benefit from BlockInsure’s 40 years of experience in property alongside Giles’ own specialist knowledge and leading levels of client service.”
