Jensten buys Momentum AR
Jensten Group has agreed to acquire specialist technology-focused corporate broker Venture Risks Group.
Expected to complete in October 2026, the deal will strengthen Jensten’s tech, media, cyber and life sciences division across the UK.
According to its website, VRG was an appointed representative of Momentum Broker Solutions.
VRG listed it provides foundational protection, leadership and governance, tech and data, operations and continuity.
The corporate broker will continue to trade under the VRG brand and Jensten claimed it will benefit from access to the wider resources, insurer relationships
