Brokers should use tech to ‘find an excuse’ to boost client touch points
Technology has never made it easier to find an excuse for brokers to reach out to clients, but the frequency of touch points should mostly be dictated by the customer.
That was one of the conclusions reached during the session Beyond insurance: becoming indispensable to clients during the Broker Expo Roadshow in Manchester last week.
Chris Williams, regional managing director, North, at Jensten Group, pictured left, and Daniel Chapman, head of corporate and commercial at Vista Insurance, pictured centre, shared their thoughts on how brokers position themselves as a trusted adviser and “get under the bonnet of clients”.
