Ageas launches video account management service for brokers
Provider creates team of three to help support regional brokers online.
Ageas Insurance has set up a video account management team to support regional brokers.
It detailed that Ageas Broker Connect currently consists of two business development executives and a business development manager, however, Russell White, director of distribution for Regional Brokers, Niche and Specialist Schemes said that it could expand if demand grows.
The insurer stated that it had been exploring the idea of a dedicated video account management team before the pandemic hit.
