Towergate hires James Barnard as chief transformation and change director
Barnard joins from Aviva.
Towergate has appointed James Barnard as chief transformation and change director, Insurance Age can reveal.
The broker said Barnard would play a key role in "driving the change programmes that are needed to transform Towergate", while reporting to CEO underwriting and COO Adrian Brown.
Barnard most recently worked at Aviva where he was IT integration director and lead the IT integration of Friends Life into Aviva.
According to Towergate, Barnard has been with Aviva for over 16 years and held
