Marsh appoints Phil Barton as CEO of Jelf
Current CEO Alex Alway to move to a non-executive director role.
Marsh has appointed Phil Barton as chief executive officer of Jelf, in succession to Alex Alway who will become a non-executive director on the Marsh board.
Barton will join Marsh's UK and Ireland executive committee and report to Mark Weil, CEO of Marsh UK and Ireland.
He was previously CEO of Jelf's insurance business and has also worked at the group's head of compliance, group commercial director and group marketing director.
