Axa makes agricultural deal with Towergate-owned BiBU
Insurer says existing business with brokers will not be affected.
Axa has signed a deal to underwrite Towergate-owned BiB Underwriting's farm, estate and motor schemes.
Axa said the firms will form a distribution partnership to support open market and schemes business and that its existing agricultural business with brokers will be unaffected by the deal.
As part of the agreement, Axa and BiBU will review the current wordings of the schemes and enhance coverage in early 2016.
Axa detailed that the schemes provide liability, buildings, contents, motor and legal
