M&A director Ryan Brown exits Towergate

Broker confirms three departures.

Towergate has confirmed that Ryan Brown, former group mergers and acquisitions director, is leaving the business.

Brown joined Towergate from investment bank Keefe Bruyette & Woods in August 2013 and moved to the role of finance director at Towergate Underwriting earlier this year.

Also leaving the consolidator are group financial controller Laura Alexander and head of group financial planning and analysis Louise Underwood.

The broker declined to comment.
