Court documents: Ross claims trust breach annulled his contract with Gallagher
Ex-Gallagher International CEO gave notice of the termination of his service agreement by letter on 2 June.
Former CEO of Arthur J Gallagher International, David Ross, has claimed that certain actions by the firm has breached the "mutual duty of trust" and made him entitled to terminate his service agreement.
The new claim was published in an amended version of Ross' defence and counterclaim, submitted to the Queen's Bench Division in the High Court of Justice on 2 June.
The court documents, obtained by Insurance Age, noted that Ross gave notice of the termination by letter from his solicitors
