LV launches new online tool for brokers

Computer mouse

Virtual assistant will enable brokers to ask questions or chat with an LV employee.

LV Broker has launched an online virtual assistant tool on its broker portal, where users can ask questions about the insurer's ABC car insurance product.

The insurer said brokers can type in queries they have about the policy and be provided with preloaded answers.

For more technical and policy specific questions brokers can also chat with an LV employee, who can send documents and point to the relevant parts of the policy.

LV has worked with two external technology providers to build this tool
