Court documents: Keey denies involvement in team move from Gallagher to Towergate
Gallagher’s former adviser also denies diverting opportunities for Gallagher to buy Towergate, acquire minority stake in Autonet and purchase Iridium.
Christopher Keey, former adviser to Arthur J Gallagher UK, denies being liable for the team move from Gallagher as well as diverting the opportunity to buy Towergate, according to the document of defence submitted to the High Court of Justice and released today.
The defence document from the ongoing court case between Gallagher and David Ross, Mark Mugge and Christopher Keey reads that Keey was "not in any way liable for, nor involved in, any team move".
It is admitted that a meeting was held
