Gallagher and Ross agree on speedy trial in July

Judge approves trial against all three defendants commencing in July.

An application notice in the legal proceedings between Arthur J Gallagher and former International CEO David Ross was held at the Royal Court of Justice today.

Former chief financial officer Mark Mugge and financial adviser Chris Keey are also involved in the proceedings.

Following the hearing Mr Justice Edis agreed to a speedy trial which will commence between 13 and 17 July.

Restrictions
During the proceedings, lawyers for Ross and Mugge agreed to the undertakings around contacts with suppliers
