CFC dances into the Zumba business
CFC Underwriting, in conjunction with Paragon Insurance Brokers, has been appointed as the worldwide insurance partner for Zumba outside of the US.
The Lloyd's-based managing general agent (MGA) claimed that its Zumba quote and bind system allowed dance fitness instructors across the world to purchase their insurance in just a couple of clicks.
CFC director, Graeme Newman, explained: "There is tremendous opportunity for brokers to develop successful affinity business but the cost of transacting what is generally high-volume, low-premium business can be prohibitive.
