Law change leaves brokers unsure of role
Brokers fear increased burden if Consumer Insurance Bill passes into law.
While insurers have largely welcomed the proposed reforms included in the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Bill, brokers fear the changes may result in an increased burden upon them.
