The Financial Regulator revises stance on Quinn
Quinn Insurance is to be allowed to write provisional motor insurance in the UK.
The Financial Regulator has modified the direction issued to Quinn Insurance, which went into provisional administration on 30th March 2010, to permit the company to write motor insurance cover for provisional driver licence holders in the UK (including Northern Ireland).
The Financial Regulator said it had taken this decision after analysing the information provided by Quinn's administrators which detailed improvements made in the company's underwriting model and a significant strengthening of
