Zurich moves property investors division into real estate
Zurich has changed the name of its Property Investors unit to Real Estate Insurance. The change is effective immediately with a phased programme of marketing material updates to follow over the coming weeks.
According to the company, Zurich is a top three player in the real estate insurance market in the UK, protecting in excess of £125bn of property assets. It has almost 150 underwriters with dedicated teams in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Sutton, Bristol, Glasgow and Belfast.
