Premier Medical Group buys Principle Medical Services
The move is part of the group's expansion in the UK
Premier Medical Group (PMG) has announced its acquisition of Principle Medical Services (PMS), a company specialising in the provision of medical evidence for the life assurance market.
PMG said the acquisition was consistent with its strategy of providing low cost medical report and screening services to the personal injury, life assurance and occupational health sectors.
