Having just returned from the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) conference in Manchester, I wanted to congratulate them on a well-organised, professional and useful conference. From my own observations and speaking to other delegates and exhibitors, there seemed to be many more brokers than there has been for some years now. Anything to do with making entry free this year, I wonder? I hope the powers that be at Biba take note.
However, I was disappointed to see that they are returning
