The RAC has published the results of its first annual motor survey, part of which was conducted exclusively for Professional Broking magazine.

PB can reveal that 46% of insurers felt the main reason customers switch to another company is because of cheaper premiums, compared with 23% who considered this was due to customer service. In contrast, 38% of brokers believe that customers switch to other companies because of cheaper premiums, whereas 50% felt it was due to customer service.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
