Brokers will gain a good idea of the shape of Financial Services
Authority regulation this month, as the regulator publishes its first
draft of rules.


The draft rules are subject to change but will reveal the likely direction
of FSA's intentions, according to Kate Bristowe, FSA press officer.


Bristowe said: "These are our first proposals and are subject to change
according to the feedback we receive. However, they will give brokers a
good steer as to the shape of the framework we are planning."
