The Financial Services Authority has taken a step backwards with its announcement of a review on commission disclosure, according to Eric Galbraith, the British Insurance Brokers' Association's chief executive.
In his opening address at the BIBA conference, Galbraith said: "We're disappointed that the FSA sees the need for such a review, particularly given the extensive work BIBA undertook with various parties, including the FSA, to agree what we still believe to be a workable market-led solution
