Fewer than 8% of brokers are offering group business travel as an option with commercial insurance cover, according to new research by Norwich Union. According to the survey, brokers are missing out on opportunities to cross-sell and are potentially leaving clients open to gaps in cover. NU has added annual business travel as an optional cover to the company's range of segmented commercial products.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
