Liability and professional indemnity insurer DA Constable Syndicate 386 has launched a product aimed at design-and-build contractors. Designed-2-Deliver, reflects the changes that the construction industry has seen in recent years and is said to help solve many of the problems faced by contractors in seeking to provide indemnity for professional activities undertaken outside of a consulting environment, where contracts and common-law liabilities are more onerous for contractors.
