The National Union of Students has sold its 15% stake in high street broker Endsleigh to Zurich. The insurer has also acquired the 40% share held by the management team to add to the 45% stake it acquired in 2002 from Dutch insurer Gouda, when the Swiss giant backed a management buyout. Managing director Mike Alcock will remain at the helm following the deal.
