Fortress Underwriting has revealed plans to enhance its brand by rolling out a new growth strategy, following its acquisition by Acumus Insurance Solutions, part of the UKU Group.

The Exeter-based company said it would be moving to new, larger offices; had launched a home insurance product with enhanced commission for brokers; and had moved from Norwich Union to Axa Insurance in order to develop its competitive presence in the South-west market.

Steve Dixon, national sales manager at Acumus, said

Hiscox grows UK book even faster in 2025
