The Broker Network has bought Fraser Tennant Holdings of Stirling, Scotland - its largest acquisition to date - with a gross written premium of £9m. The broker comprises of Denny Insurance Services, Peacock Robertson and Fraser Tennant of Perth and Kelso. Ian Bowie, managing director of Fraser Tennant, will become director for Scotland for the network. In addition it announced the goodwill and asset purchase of two other general insurance brokers, Harrow Insurance Consultants and David Christian
