The Financial Services Authority (FSA) have produced a help-page designed to give tips and advice on completing the Retail Mediation Activities Return (RMAR) for financial and mortgage advisers, and general insurance intermediaries. The FSA developed a variety of tools to help with the sections of the RMAR that cause the most difficulty for small firms. The help page can be found on the FSA's website at: www.fsa.gov.uk.
