Axa has embarked on an organisational restructure within its life and general insurance companies, with the aim of giving both businesses a sharper market focus and closer alignment to customer needs. The restructuring sees the establishment of four separate market-focused business units, each of which will have its own business leader with direct accountability for profitability.

Michael Keating will oversee the personal lines intermediary branch, while Gary Stott will lead the commercial lines

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
