Independent Lloyd's broker Howden has revealed plans to build a team in London to further enhance its capabilities in medical malpractice.
The broker will provide wholesale and retail services to clients, and will offer its medical malpractice facility through both its London and international offices.
Virginio Mercurio, who has been recruited as director to build up and lead the malpractice team, joins the London office from Howden's Spanish operation, Howden Iberia.
